Passport Renewal Process

Please be advised that all applications for Malaysian passport, Emergency Travelling Document and Good of Conduct Certificate can be processed at the Malaysian Consulate General in Dubai.

A. Documents required for passport application and Emergency Travelling:

1. 3 passport size photographs (blue background)

2. 2 copies of passport

3. 2 copies of ID card

4. Police Report (in case of missing passport)

5. Thumb Print (on the application form)

Fees :

1. AED 400 for 32 pages passport

2. AED 750 for 62 pages passport

Note:

All passport applications will be forwarded to Malaysia Immigration office Headquarter in Putrajaya. The new passport will be ready within 2-3 months period. The Old passport will be retained by applicant untill the new passport handed over to them. 

B. Documents required for Good of Conduct Certificate:

1. 3 passport copies (for non Malaysian: the copies should include Malaysia visa page)

2. 3 copies of the application form

3. 3 passport size photographs

Fees:

AED 75 + AED 25 upon approval.
